About the Event
The 8th annual Garden City Comedy Festival is proud to present the return of the Grassroots Comedy Contest! The search for comedy's next top talent in Niagara! 30 comics will compete over 4 weeks of laughs to be crowned the Grassroots Comedy Champion!
The winning comic will receive the Grassroots Comedy Contest trophy, a $500 grand prize, a professional photo shoot, and a feature spot on a GCCF show.
Hosted by David Green and Jimmy England and featuring weekly special guest headliners, these nights are an opportunity for the next generation of talent to showcase their skills for top industry leaders.
